Personal Mentorship

We are committed to creating a safe and nurturing community that fosters creativity and achievement for both our scholars and mentors. Our goal is to stimulate deep personal mentorship relationships that help fellows become the best versions of themselves.

Academic & Subject Matter Mentorship

AGS fellows will receive broad academic mentorship over the duration of their fellowship. Curated lectures and guidance by subject matter experts will supplement personal hyper-learning efforts.

Professional Mentorship

Ultimately our goal at the AGS is to help our scholars get from where they are, to where they can be. To achieve this goal, we will provide early professional mentorship to help map-out a life plan, as well as continuous professional guidance to help seek opportunities and persevere till they achieve their goals.
